Most wineries and vineyards are open year-round, but the best time to visit Sonoma Wine Country is between August and November which corresponds with the region’s harvest season and when the weather is at its finest. Early spring is another good option as crowds have thinned and spring is in full bloom. Early summer brings tends to bring the biggest crowds with the highest temps.
